Ihre Wurzeln reichen auf eine, im Jahr 1424 erstmals urkundlich erwähnte, Mühle zurück. Um 1700 brannte diese ab und 5 Jahre später wurde an gleicher Stelle eine neue Wassermühle erbaut. Seit 1902 ist die Mühle im Besitz der Familie Nonnenmacher. Ein Mühlenladen ist vorhanden. Führungen sind nach Vereinbarung möglich.
