Die Schindlau - Mühle (ein zweigeschossiger Blockbau mit Satteldach) wurde ca. 1790 erbaut und war bis 1960 in Betrieb. Für den Mahlvorgang musste genügend Wasser zulaufen, um das Wasserrad anzutreiben. Gemahlen wurden Roggen, Gerste und Hafer aus Eigenanbau. Mais für Polenta wurde zugekauft.
