An old watermill, shortly after Neda springs.
An old watermill, shortly after Neda springs, to the left, underneath the newly constracted road which passes by the river. Neda springs where his "aisle" and had enough water for the mill to turn throughout winter and summer. The mill has been relatively recently repaired and it is in a pretty good shape. There is also a small seating area beside the river in the shade of perennial plane trees. The villagers of Abeliona and the Petrians were grinding at Karamicha's mill but, in the case of a "bassia" (long waiting line), they had the alternative of the berekeliki "mill of the church", using water from Neda.
