Construit între anii 1903-1904, Turnul Pompierilor a avut, după cum sugerează și denumirea, rol de turn de observare pentru detașamentul de pompieri din oraș.

Astăzi, Turnul Pompierilor face deliciul unui tur de oraș pentru turiști, căci de aici ai o panoramă spectaculoasă. Pentru a ajunge în vârful turnului, trebuie să urci o scară în spirală; deci s-ar putea spune că experiența nu este tocmai pentru oricine. La nivelul platformei de observare, înălțimea este de 45 de metri. În vârful turnului se poate admira vechea stemă a orașului Satu Mare.

Se permit doar 15 minute pentru vizitare.
