Obwohl der Leuchtturm noch voll funktionstüchtig ist, ist es leider nicht möglich den Leuchtturm von innen zu besichtigen. Sie sollten allerdings trotzdem am schwarz-weißen Leuchtturm halt machen, denn auch die Ansicht von draußen ist nicht zu verachten.
Gebaut wurde der Leuchtturm von 1853 bis 1953 und seit 1974 steht er unter Denkmalschutz.

Der Leuchtturm befindet sich zwischen Wenningstedt und Kampen und ist über den Brönshooger Weg zu erreichen.
Parking
Direkt vor dem Leuchtturm steht ein Parkplatz am Straßenrand zur Verfügung.
