Centrum environmentálnej výchovy Turiec je občianske združenie, ktoré je zamerané na environmentálnu výchovu, vzdelávanie a osvetu žiakov základných škôl v okrese Martin.
Občianske združenie Centrum environmentálnej výchovy Turiec založilo niekoľko pedagógov, ktorý svoje učiteľské poslanie spojilo práve s environmentálnou výchovou detí v okrese Martin. Organizáciu pomenovali podľa regiónu, ktorý ponúka skvelé možnosti pre zážitkové učenie priamo v prírode. Hlavnú činnosť Centra environmentálnej výchovy Turiec tvoria stretnutia tried v priebehu vyučovania počas školského roka. Po príchode žiakov do školy sa spolu s pedagógom presunú na vybrané pracovisko, kde prebieha pod vedením zamestnancov OZ environmentálna výchova. Každé z nich je špecializované na konkrétny ročník a program spolu s metódami prispôsobuje danej vekovej kategórií.
