Grün schimmernder Bergsee hoch über dem Oytal am Fuße des Seeköpfles
Der Seealpsee liegt inmitten artenreicher Bergwiesen und bietet einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die Höfats.
Er befindet sich auf knapp 1700 m Höhe und kann von der Station Höfatsblick der Nebelhornbahn in rund einer Stunde Gehzeit erreicht werden. Hierfür sind jedoch Trittsicherheit und ein festes Schuhwerk mit gutem Profil erforderlich. Der Abstieg über den Gleitweg zum Oytalhaus ist ausgesetzt und drahtseilgesichert und daher nur für Geübte geeignet.
An den steil abfallenden Seewänden des Seealpsees herrscht Absturzgefahr, weshalb wir uns unbedingt an die markierten Wege halten müssen!
