Das Hinterglasmalereizentrum Sandl ist im Winter ein Schneeloch mit schönen Langlaufloipen und einem kleinen Schigebiet am Viehberg und im Sommer ein Wandergebiet mit der Schwimmmöglichkeit am kleinen Rosenhoferteich.
Zu besichtigen gibt es in Sandl die Kirche und das Hinterglasmalereimuseum im Zentrum.
Sandl liegt am Nordwaldkammweg, hat selbst 10 Wanderwege mit fast 80km Länge und ein im Winter bestens gespurtes Loipennetz von 30km Länge
