Volle Sonnenkraft

Bartholomäberg ist der Sonnenbalkon des Montafon! Kein Ort wird wahrscheinlich öfter fotografiert. Morgens nämlich wird das Hochplateau als erstes von der Sonne gekitzelt, am Ende des Tages gibt sie ihm zuletzt einen Gutenachtkuss, auch wenn die Zahl der Sonnenstunden im Jahresverlauf erheblich variiert. Im Hochwinter zur Wintersonnwende am 21. Dezember kann man um die 8,5 Stunden Licht tanken, ein halbes Jahr später - am längsten Tag - fast 16 Stunden. Der durchschnittliche Solarwert hier oben beträgt 1200 kW pro Quadratmeter.
