Die Bodensee-Wasserversorgung versorgt über 4 Millionen Menschen in Baden-Württemberg mit Trinkwasser und ist damit Deutschlands größte Fernwasserversorgung. Bei Sipplingen wird das Wasser aus 60 Metern Tiefe aus dem See entnommen und anschließend auf dem 310 Meter höher gelgenen Sipplinger Berg zu Trinkwasser aufbereitet. Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Betriebsanlagen in Sipplingen im Rahmen einer Führung kennen zu lernen. Eine Führung dauert ca. 1 1/2 h und beginnt mit der Multivisionsschau
