The living and fascinating history of a town in the Northern Vosges, founded by Gallo-Roman craftsmen, often destroyed by acts of war but always rebuilt. For more than 3 centuries its tumultuous and tragic destiny has been linked to that of a family of enterprising and innovative industrialists, the Dietrich family, who have acquired an international reputation. Beautiful models as well as objects and documents mark out the visitor's journey from prehistory to the 20th century.
