L’edificio cinquecentesco, appartenuto alla nobile famiglia Narducci di Pollenza, è caratterizzato dal bel portale in pietra con bugne a punta di diamante. Nel corso del XIX secolo è stato abitato dai fratelli Gaetano (1789-1869) e Don Agostino Narducci (1793-1858), illustri benefatori del Paese.
