Erbaut 1946 anstelle einer erstmals 1467 erwähnten Liegenschaft. Stammhaus der Liestaler Familie Strübin. An der Fassade Malereien von Otto Plattner: Johannes Strübin, genannt «Güldi», Drechsler, Testator der nach ihm benannten Stiftung (errichtet 1879) und (an der Rosengasse) Heini Strübin, der eine teilweise vergoldete Trinkschale aus der Burgunderschlacht von Nancy (1477) zurückgebracht hat (heute im Rathaus).
