Soultz-sous-Forêts, renowned for its industrial activity, also boasts a rich tourist heritage. This 2-flower village in bloom invites you to discover its synagogue, Protestant church, Catholic church and the Muntz Kiener house, all listed historic monuments.
The town can be explored on a number of themed trails, from the history of the schools to the historic sites, including the Club Vosgien salt trail. The town is also Alsace?s second stop on the Pilgrims? Way to Santiago de Compostela, with a communal gîte for pilgrims.
Throughout the year, the La Saline relay brings the town to life with screenings, plays and children's entertainment, and during Advent, the Christmas market on Place du Général De Gaulle is part of the Christmas in Outre-Forêt event. The town?s railway station, the SNCF line Strasbourg ? Haguenau - Wissembourg line, a service area for motorhomes and recharging points for bicycles and electric cars make Soultz-sous-Forêts easy to reach and pleasant to visit.
