Rosheim

A beautiful Alsatian town on the Route des Vins and the Route Romane, Rosheim boasts a particularly rich past, reflected in its architectural heritage.
As you wander through the streets, you'll come across numerous vestiges of the Romanesque period, including one of the oldest civil buildings in Alsace, the Maison Romane, also known as the Maison Païenne (1154), which the town is privileged to possess. The Saints Peter and Paul church (12th century) is another Romanesque gem. The ancient gates, the six-bucket well and the town hall are further evidence of the town's rich past.
