Die tief eingeschnittene Felsschlucht zwischen Kapf und Hohe Lug ist das Naturschaustück der Tour von Götzis nach Klaus. Der Wanderweg führt durch den unteren Abschnitt und berührt den oberen Eingang zur Schlucht mit seinem rauschenden Wasserfall. Ein schwieriger Klettersteig, die „Via Örfla“ (Schwierigkeit bis C/D, II – nur mit entsprechender Kenntnis und Ausrüstung), durchquert die ganze Schlucht.
