Solid steps and bridges in the rock connect this 100 m long formation. Imposing waterfalls and countless water mills are only some of the attractions to be seen on this visit. Another not-to-be missed attraction is Pochtenkessel, a natural geological rock funnel at the point where the Engstlige and the Otterebach river flow together.

The Cholera Gorge in Adelboden is an impressive rock gorge shaped by water in the district of Achseten. Over thousands of years, a stream has carved deeply into the rock, creating spectacular forms, small waterfalls, and turquoise pools. A well-designed wooden walkway safely leads through the narrow gorge and allows for impressive glimpses into nature. The hike is short, varied, and also well-suited for families. Especially on warm days, the gorge offers a refreshing and simultaneously mystical atmosphere.
