The Bicaz Gorge it is part of the Cheile Bicazului-Hășmaș National Park. It was excised by the waters of Bicaz River and it serves as a passageway between the Romanian provinces of Moldova and Transylvania.

Daca vii dinspre Gheorgheni, trebuie să urmezi DN12C spre Piatra Neamț. După tunelul Lacul Roșu ajungi la Cheile Bicazului.
Daca vii dinspre Piatra Neamț, urmezi DN15 către Bicaz apoi pe DN12C, înspre Gheorgheni. După cateva sate, vei ajunge la Cheile Bicazului.

De-a lungul drumului sunt porțiuni unde poți opri.
