Der Barranco de Guarimiar ist eine tief eingeschnittene Schlucht im Süden La Gomeras.
Die schmale Schlucht ist von mächtigen Felswänden gesäumt. An der westlichen Seite verläuft ein sehenswerter Wanderpfad direkt am Rand, teilweise unter überhängenden Felsen hindurch. Die einzige nennenswerte Ortschaft im Tal ist Guarimiar, ein kleines und heute fast verlassenes Dorf. Am nördlichen Ende der Schlucht liegt in einem Hochtal der Ort Imada, umgeben von Terrassenfeldern und Palmen.
Trotz des trockenen Klimas im Süden La Gomeras ist die Pflanzenvielfalt in der Guarimiar-Schlucht groß. Palmen, verschiedene Kakteen und im Frühjahr auch blühende Büsche wachsen hier am Wegesrand.

Von Playa de Santiago auf der Straße CV-20 nach Norden, vorbei an den kleinen Dörfern Taco, El Rumbazo und El Cabezo. Auf der CV-22 weiter geradeaus bis zum Ende der Straße im Barranco de Guarimiar fahren.
