A gallery of the homosexual kind of art

The Kunstbehandlung exhibition space presents exclusively homoerotic, contemporary art by homosexual artists. The majority of the works concentrate on the depiction of the male body, which is mostly shown lightly dressed or not at all. This is also illustrated for example in the works of the Munich painter and draughtsman Robert C. Rore, whose works have been regularly exhibited in the Kunstbehandlung since 1997 and who is now considered the gallery's most important artist. On display and for sale are paintings, watercolours, drawings, FineArt Prints as well as entire series by Rore, while the other artists exhibited concentrate mainly on painting or photography.

The Kunstbehandlung can be reached by underground, tram or city bus:

Underground: station Sendlinger Tor (lines U1, U2, U3, U6, U7)

Tram: station Müllerstraße (lines 18, N27)

City bus: station Sendlinger Tor (lines 52, 62, N40, N41, N45)

Directions

In general, it is not recommended to travel by car due to the inner city location and the limited and expensive parking available.

Parking

If you should still arrive by car, we recommend the Contipark underground car park Oberanger (Oberanger 27) as well as the Sonnenhof garage ALPINA Parking (Landwehrstr. 10).

Alternatively there are chargeable parking spaces available along Müllerstraße, Pestalozzistraße, Holzstraße or Hans-Sachs-Straße.
