Das Turrahus ist ein Gasthaus zuhinterst im Safiental. Es handelt sich nicht um ein sehr altes Haus, doch es fügt sich gut in die Landschaft ein. Den Namen hat es von einem mysteriösen Turm, der weiter unten am Weg steht. Die ursprüngliche Funktion dieses kleinen Gebäudes - es könnte sich auch um eine Kapelle handeln - ist unbekannt, doch war dieser Ort, wo die beiden Passwege vom Tomül und vom Safienberg aufeinandertreffen, einst zweifellos ein Hospiz. Von dieser Kapelle ist noch ein Fischblasenmasswerk eines spätgotischen Fensters am Turrahus vorhanden.
