Von der Burg Blessem ist heute nur die Vorburg erhalten. Eine Brücke führt über den trockengelegten Wassergraben zur korbbogigen Einfahrt. Das Torhaus ist in das langgestreckte zweigeschossige, teilweise verputzte Backsteingebäude der Vorburg integriert. Der Torhaustrakt und der Anbau sind an der Außenseite über zwei Stockwerke mit hochrechteckigen Sprossenfenstern ausgestattet.
