"Das Wildniscamp am Falkenstein ist eine Bildungseinrichtung der Nationalparkverwaltung Bayerischer Wald. Auf dem weitläufigen Gelände am Fuße des Falkensteins verteilen sich Zentralgebäude, Sommerküche, sowie die Themen- und Länderhütten, einfache Hütten ohne Strom und fließend Wasser, die zum übernachten einladen. Im Wildniscamp finden Umweltbildung und Globales Lernen an einem Ort zusammen, die pädagogische Arbeit orientiert sich an den Grundsätzen einer Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung."
