A völgy az alján kanyargó turistaútról, alulnézetből csodálható meg igazán. Innen tárul fel a meredek, sziklakibúvásokkal tagolt hegyoldalt borító idős szurdokerdő pazar látványa. Nagy mennyiségű holt faanyag hever a talajon, és a lékekkel finoman áttört lombsátor is a természetes erdődinamika működéséről árulkodik. A völgytalpon a lombfakadást megelőző időszakban összefüggő medvehagymaszőnyegre számíthatunk. A növény élénk zöldjét a babérboroszlán-cserjék sötétzöld levelei egészítik ki.
