Forêt domaniale de Sillé à l'automne

Situé à cheval entre la Mayenne et la Sarthe, la forêt domaniale de Sillé s'étend sur 3500 hectares.

Autrefois, la forêt était exploitée pour fournir le charbon de bois nécessaire à la métallurgie. Au cœur de ce massif forestier, un lac de 40 ha permet de pratiquer de nombreuses activités nautiques et constitue un spot incontournable pour les amateurs d'escalade sur les sites de Rochebrune ou du Saut du Serf.
