Thumer Bergmannspyramide

Pyramide, die die bergmännischen Traditionen der Stadt darstellt. Die Bergmänner, die sich in der Pyramide im Kerzenlicht drehen, zeigen die Sehnsucht der Bergleute nach dem Licht.

Die Pyramide wurde von Hans Weber entworfen und durch Arbeitsgemeinschaft Schnitzen Thum, heute: Schnitz- und Klöppelverein Thum e.V. ausgeführt. Sie wurde zum ersten Mal im 1969 aufgebaut.
