The design was created by Fritz Reuter, Manfred Schneider and Kurt König. The carving work was carried out by Heini Hofmann, Fritz Reuter, Erhard Schaarschmidt and others. The pyramid was erected for the first time on 1 Advent 1976 and is 5 m wide and 5 m high. It is located at the Kreuzkirche church in Jahnsbach.

Bus line 210 "Chemnitz - Oberwiesenthal" takes you to Burkhardtsdorf, Gelenau, Thum and Ehrenfriedersdorf.Other bus lines from Annaberg also go to Thum.
Continue on foot to the Jahnsbach district or take bus line 412 directly to the Jahnsbach Schule stop.
Directions
Thum is located between Chemnitz and Annaberg-Buchholz in the immediate vicinity of the A72 highway. The Stollberg West exit takes you onto the B95. This leads directly to Thum. At the market in Thum, a side road turns off into the district of Jahnsbach.Parking
