Die Hammermühle Bautzen vereint heute Mahl-, Öl- und Senfmühle. Das Mühlenwerk wird nach wie vor durch die Wasserkraft der Spree angetrieben.

Im Mühlenladen können folgende Produkte erworben werden:

- Heinke's Senf und Heinke's Öle

- Lein-Presskuchen, zerstoßen

- Lusatia Siegelerde®

- handgefertigte Stoffwickel für Ihre Gelenke, Nacken, Schulter, Rücken, Bauch oder auch Kinderwickel Marmeladen und Chutneys

- Mühlenmüsli, nach einer mühleneigenen Zusammenstellung mit gemahlenen Lein-Presskuchen

- handgefertigte Lavendelsäckchen aus Leinen oder Baumwolle und alter Spitze mit Lavendel aus der Provence

- handgefertigte Hopfen-Lavendel-Säckchen aus Leinen oder Baumwolle

- handgefertigte Körnerkissen aus Leinen oder Baumwolle

Außerdem kann die Hammermühle Bautzen und ihre historische Technik hautnah erlebt werden. Beispielsweise, wie die originale Mahltechnik das Gebäude mit Leben erfüllt. Erlebnisführungen mit laufender Technik, Erleben der Senf- und Ölproduktion und Führungen für alle Altersklassen können gebucht werden.
