In einem modernen Laufstall mit Wellnessbereich, freier Futteraufnahme und dem vier Jahreszeitenerlebnis werden unsere Milchkühe gehalten. Die tagesfrische Milch wird gekühlt über Waldi´s Milch-Zapfstelle dem Endverbraucher zum Erwerb angeboten. Das eigens erzeugte Ackerfutter und Gras verwenden wir zur Fütterung in der Tierhaltung. Mit einer umfangreichen Fruchtfolge, auch innerhalb des TÜKORN–Projekts erzeugen wir im Ackerbau hochwertige Rohstoffe. Die Ernte von den Streuobstbäumen wird zu Apfelsaft gepresst und in der hofeigenen Brennerei zu Obstbränden veredelt. Jeden Freitag ist Backtag, mit selbstgebackenem Brot.
