Small seasonal fruits and vegetables are the products featured in the showcase at the Azienda Agricola Segalla Fabio. It is located in Lenzumo, on the edge of Val Concei, where it offers in particular strawberries and raspberries and many other raw materials and creations. In recent years, managers have transformed their products, including plums and various vegetables, into jams, syrups and preserves, available in the home warehouse all year round. The wide range also includes the famous purple potatoes of the Val di Ledro. Among the gourmet creations, the tasty strawberry compote stands out, embellished with concentrated apple juice and lemon.
