Muzeum láká. Kdo by bez povšimnutí prošel kolem, když se možná teprve tady může dozvědět, co to znamená „mít všechno v cajku“, co to je prošlup, nitěnky, brdo, člunek, osnova... Kde jinde v našem kraji uvidí v reálu jak namáhavé bylo tkalcovské řemeslo, či jak se spřádala na kolovratu ovčí vlna?
Sami členové se také zhostili role průvodců po muzeu. Je zde možné zhlédnout tři druhy stavů. První je replika ručního stavu, na kterém se ukázkově tkají koberečky ze zbytků tkanin. Druhý je velký, původní stav z Jesenicka (Supíkovic). Byl zrekonstruován a předvádí se na něm dobové tkaní plátna. Třetím je tzv. gobelínový stav; na něm se koberce vážou.
Útulná stará jizba nás uvítá v časech dávno minulých. Malá kamínka zvaná „vincek“, nad nimi zavěšené usušené byliny, jejichž vůně se mísí s vůní lněných výrobků... V koutě postel s peřinou, na ní stará panenka. Truhla, vyřezávaná židle, forma na máslo... Věci denní potřeby. O nelehkém žití zde na horách vypráví škrpál s dřevěnou podrážkou pobitou železnými hřeby. Návštěvníci se rozhlížejí, vzpomínají... a přebírají roli průvodce. I jejich babička měla takovou máselnici, a maminka prala zrovna na takovéhle valše...
