Das Gut liegt am Fuße der „Gleichen“. Der Hof ist in einem Rechteck angeordnet und besteht aus mehreren Fachwerk/Sandstein Wirtschaftsgebäuden und dem im klassizistischen Barock errichteten Haupthaus.

Ein ca 2 ha großer englischer Landschaftspark schließt sich an das Hauptgebäude an. Es gibt eine große Halle, einen Spiegelsaal und ein Klavierzimmer, die miteinander durch Schiebetüren verbunden sind. Das Anwesen wurde bisher nur privat genutzt. Leiter: Alfons von Uslar-Gleichen, Sennickerode 2, 37130 Gleichen (s.o.) maximale Besucherzahl: Spiegelsaal 80, Klavierzimmer 40, Halle 50, Im Park nach oben offen. Stromanschluss, sanitäre Anlagen und Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Weitergehende denkbare Nutzung: in den Räumlichkeiten Kammermusik, Liederabende, Jazz, Kleinkunst, Kabarett, Lesungen, Open Air im Park Bläser, Kammerorchester (Zelte möglich)
