The largest Baltic church and cathedral of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Latvia
Riga Cathedral was built at the beginning of the 13th century. Since then, the church has been rebuilt several times; after the great fire in 1547, the cathedral was given a new tower, and the last major reconstruction took place in 1881. Not least because of this, various artistic styles can be found in the church.
When visiting Riga, a visit to this landmark should not be missed.
