Stuwdam van Moiry

In 1954 werd met de bouw van de dam van Moiry begonnen. Na 4 jaar was de dam klaar.

Hoogte: 148 meter
Inhoud meer: 78 miljoen m³

Het cement werd aangevoerd uit Sierre en het steenslag voor het beton was afkomstig van de morenen van de Moirygletsjer. De materialen werden ter plaatse tot beton verwerkt.
