Turčianske kultúrne stredisko v Martine (ďalej TKS) pôvodne Turčianske osvetové stredisko zriadil Žilinský samosprávny kraj ako príspevkovú organizáciu 1. apríla 2002 a v roku 2007 bolo premenované na Turčianske kultúrne stredisko. Sídli v zrekonštruovaných priestoroch na Divadelnej ul. č.656/3 v Martine.
Jeho hlavným poslaním je záujem a podpora tvorivej činnosti ľudí, vytváranie podmienok pre rozvoj miestnej kultúry, zachovávanie tradícií.
