Über der Stadt Passau und dem Inn erhebt sich die Wallfahrtskirche Mariahilf.

Mariahilf ist eine barocke Klosteranlage aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, die einst als Marienwallfahrtsort eine große Bedeutung hatte. Eine überdachte Gebetsstiege mit 321 Stufen führt direkt zum Kloster, von wo aus man den schönsten Blick auf die so genannte „italienische“ Seite von Passau hat.
