St. Nikolaus und Elisabeth in Eger ist eine katholische Pfarrkirche und zugleich die älteste noch existierende Kirche in Eger. Es befindet sich in Kostelni namesti.
Vom Beginn des 13. Jahrhunderts, als der Dom als dreischiffige Basilika errichtet wurde, blieben das Westportal und der untere Teil des Turms erhalten. Das Dreischiff des Doms, das Presbyterium und die Sakristei stammen aus der gotischen Etappe des Aufbaus. Nach einem Brand im Jahr 1742 wurden die Türme mit Barockkuppeln nach einem Entwurf von B. Neumann besetzt. Die letzten Herrichtungen einschließlich der neugotischen Dachabdeckung wurden im Jahr 1864 durchgeführt. Dieses Dach wurde im April 1945 zerstört.
