St. Margarethen - Herda

Die kleine Chorturmkirche stammt aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Das heutige Kirchenschiff wurde im 17. Jahrhundert angebaut. Den Turm bedeckt eine wuchtige Schweifkuppel.

Heute befindet sich die Kirche in allgemein gutem Zustand. Allerdings bedarf die wertvolle Peternell-Orgel dringend einer Instandsetzung.

Ursprünglich war Herda eine eigene Pfarrei. Das heutige Pfarrhaus wird als Gemeindezentrum genutzt.
