Die Pfarrkirche St. Dionysos von Hiltensweiler hat romanischen Ursprung; ihr Turm stammt aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Die Arnoldskapelle innerhalb der Kirche ist die Grabkapelle des Stifters Arnold von Hiltensweiler und seit 1793 Begräbnisstätte der Tettnanger Grafen von Montfort.
