Pfarrkirche St. Jakob mit ihrem Zwiebelturm, weithin sichtbar thronend am "Kirchberg". Sie erhielt 1785 ihr jetziges Aussehen und die barocke Ausstattung mit feinem Wessobrunner Stuck und farbenfrohen Deckenfresken des Oberammergauer Lüftlmalers Franz Zwink. Bedeutende Schutzmantelmadonna. Unterhalb der Pfarrkirche auf der Ostseite des Kirchbergs steht die bedeutendste Grottenanlage Süddeutschlands, eine Nachbildung der Lourdes-Grotte, mit höhlenartigen Gängen. Erbaut wurde sie 1908 aus Kalktuffsteinen der Ammerschlucht. [>> mehr]
