Die Pfarrkirche St. Jakobus in Brochenzell liegt am Jakobusweg von Ulm nach Konstanz. Ihre Grundmauern sind aus dem 12. Jh., sie wurde aber 1624 neu erbaut und barockisiert. Sehenswert ist u.a. eine St. Jakobus-Statue (16. Jh.) und der barocke Rosenkranzaltar (um 1710) von Johann Michael Feuchtmayer.
