In Presseggen steht unweit des Ufers die Filialkirche hl. Ruprecht, eine kleine spätgotische Anlage, 1485 geweiht, mit einem 2-jochigen Langhaus, leicht eingezogenem Chor mit 3/8 Schluss und einem hölzernen Dachreiter mit 6-eckigem Helm sowie einer großen Pfeilervorhalle im Westen. Die Kirche besitzt einen bemerkenswerten Hauptaltar (spätes 17. Jh.) mit einer Mittelfigur hl. Rupert sowie zwei Seitenaltäre mit der Mittelfigur hl. Lukas links und einer volkstümlichen Schnitzgruppe Hiob und seine Frau rechts.
