Die ehemalige Stadtpfarrkirche in Lindenberg
Die alte Lindenberger Pfarrkirche wurde 1660 nach der Zerstörung im 30-jährigen Krieg neu errichtet und Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts erweitert und umgebaut. Sie prägte etwa 600 Jahre lang das Ortszentrum, bevor sich mit dem Bau des Rathauses und der Stadtpfarrkirche ein neuer Mittelpunkt entwickelte. Die Aureliuskirche ist bekannt für ihre Reliquienschreine diverser Heiliger. Besonders sehenswert ist auch das steinerne Geschichtsbuch der Stadt, der Aureliusfriedhof. Dort sind sogar drei ehemalige Reichsminister der Weimarer Republik bestattet.
Public transport
Die Regionalbahn nach Röthenbach im Allgäu nehmen und dann mit dem Bus weiter bis nach Lindenberg.
