Die kleine, dem heiligen Michael geweihte Feldkapelle befindet sich am nordöstlichen Ortsende von Marnbach. Sie wurde im 18. Jahrhundert erbaut.
Auf dem sogenannten Egerriederanger wurde 1717 die Feldkapelle St. Michael im Auftrag von Caspar Steigenberger errichtet, der als Kastner des Klosters Benediktbeuern die Aufsicht über die im Marnbacher Zehentstadel aufbewahrten Naturalabgaben führte. Die Kapelle wurde 1900 um den Chor ergänzt. Sie beherbergt einen kleinen Stuckmarmoraltar aus dem ausgehenden 18. Jahrhundert.
