The St. Jans Klus in Waldfeucht-Haaren

Kleinod mit Geschichte - 1200 Jahre Gott, Bibel und Glaube

Seit 1328 wurde die St.-Jans-Klus nachweislich als Wallfahrtsort genutzt, aber sie entstand vermutlich bereits im 8. Jahrhundert. Bis zur Fertigstellung einer neuen Kirche im Kern von Haaren im Jahr 1824 diente sie lange Jahre als Pfarrkirche der Gemeinde. Heute steht dort ein vierflügeliger Backsteinhof mit einer kleinen Wegekapelle an einer Ecke des Hofes.

Im Gebäude befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches die ehemalige Kapelle als passendes Ambiente für Veranstaltungen anbietet.
