The Schappach chapel stands at the entrance to Hüttschlag and welcomes all pilgrims. It was built in the 19th century by Nikolaus Huber (Huber Carpentry). Since 1910, it has been maintained by the Lederer family of Schappach.
Directions to the Schappach chapel: From the Neuhof Chapel, follow the bike and walking path to a small settlement. There, turn left and continue parallel to the Grossarler Ache. After the tunnel, cross the state road, then follow the path toward the center of Hüttschlag. After about 60 meters, the chapel is on the right-hand side.
