Kaple sv. Anny v Pacově na Pelhřimovsku je barokní stavbou z počátku 18. století. Na kupoli jsou malby žánrových výjevů - pohled na Hradčany a Pacov.

Oltář kaple svaté Anny v Pacově je rokokový z poloviny 18. století. Podnět ke stavbě dal zázračný léčivý pramen, údajně zde byly i lázně. Vnitřní půdorys má kruhový a zvenku je kaple osmiboká. Vnější omítky včetně střešní krytiny byly opraveny v roce 1989.
