Neogotická stavba na pôdoryse gréckeho kríža so západným vstupom z prelomu 19. a 20. storočia. Ide o stavbu nadpriemernej kvality v prostredí Turca.
Centrálny priestor je zaklenutý krížovou klenbou. Členitosť fasády je daná pôdorysom, ale aj rytmom opakujúcich sa oporných pilierov. Fasády sú pokryté kvádrovaním a ukončené trojuholníkovými štítmi. Vstup je riešený ako ústupkový portál s profilovanou lomenou archivoltou.
Kaplnka v súčasnosti slúži ako Dom smútku.
