Diese Kapelle lag ursprünglich auf einem tieferen Niveau. Beim Brückenbau 1901 wurde die Straße angehoben. Der sich im Giebeldreieck befindliche Stein *CL 1913* läßt die Vermutung zu, daß zu dieser Zeit eine Aufstockung der Kapelle erfolgte. Der Eingang wurde höhergelegt und die Altarbank aufgemauert. Ein großes Anliegen von Herrn Leopold Lingler (verst.), die Instandsetzung der Fallenzhof-Kapelle, wurde im Jahre 1983 durch seinen Sohn verwirklicht.
