Asi tři sta kusů náhrobků se dochovalo na židovském hřbitově v Pacově. Založený byl roku 1680 a uprostřed stojí památníky se jmény osob vyvražděných nacisty.

Hřbitov v Pacově byl založen roku 1680 a v letech 1920 - 1925 byl rozšířen. Nejstarší dochované náhrobky jsou z první poloviny 18. století. Na počátku 90. let 20. století byl hřbitov zarostlý náletovou vegetací, ohradní zeď z lomového kamene byla poškozena, část hřbitova byla podmáčena vodou, chyběla vstupní vrata, obřadní síň byla v havarijním stavu, většina náhrobků z druhé poloviny 19. století a první poloviny 20. století byla povalena. Hřbitov pak prošel celkovou rekonstrukcí.

Opening times

Klíč od márnice židovského hřbitova je na požádání v Informačním centru na zámku. Hřbitov je otevřen celoročně s výjimkou sobot a dalších židovských svátků. Poslední vstup je možný 120 minut před zavírací dobou.
